I'm sure they didn't delete your account, make sure your user ID and password are correct. You can always contact support again until you get a better response - don't give up 
I am really sure they deleted my account, my user name is "linfujun", my user ID and passward are saved in my note book, So first my passward is correct, and even my passward is uncorrect, if they did not delete my account I can found my passward back. But now I can not , becourse the website show the words "The user could not be found".
