So is this guy the head of Bitconnect or just "Bitconnect India?" I've read both. It sounds like this guy Divyesh Darji had a pretty large role in it:

Furthermore, isn't it illegal to promote a Ponzi scheme knowing full well its already a Ponzi? How is this guy still promoting Bitconnect? Seems like jail was already breathing down his neck.
