The coins were not 'premined' Those were minted during the POW phase that is now over.
Those coins are either on the books, held by yobit traders or held in yobit's dice wallet. The dice wallet could have up to 2 million coins in it.
We will be able to know this exact number once we execute the fork and swap.
The platform itself only holds a small amount of coins at this time. The funding for the platform will partly be provided by our service partner.
No they will not be getting any coins. Just helping to support the service itself.
