Yes, ETH is far superior. I am not sure we can even compare them seriously. Maybe Ripple comes close in terms of acceptance, but not Waves.   
Waves is lack of everything and you can see that about how more and more waves users are trying to move from there to another coin. Waves has done nothing and this almost a few years and they can't even build a useful product to be used by the investors or users. They have created such a crap blockchain.
