OK what's the deal with that? Last time Tagmining was on the same fork as the block explorer and stayed safe. This time Botpool was on the same fork as the block explorer, but this time the explorer gets reset, and Botpool lost out both times. 

Is there a preference for what happens based on what any or all of the exchanges are on or something?
