Things are definitely looking positive. Network hash rate has been up the past couple of days, lots of buy depth at cryptsy, and several new sites coming out soon. Excited about where we're heading. 
There is almost certainly a multipool hitting it. Not Hashcows as its not on their list, but certainly one out there. The net hash jumps from around 1.1/1.3 GH/s to over 2.1 GH/s for a few blocks then drops back down again.
