I and every normal people who cares about nature likes your idea but please tell me, even if you create ICO, why will someone fund rise an ICO? Or why will someone send bitcoins? This is something goverment has to care and I highly believe your only and best bet is to contact companies which will fund you or contact mayors office.

second, I also agree with the idea of the project. it is a great idea to convert plastic waste into electricity. indeed, electricity is becoming main priority in many people life especially in this sophisticated era. moreover, the usage of plastic in daily life, however, is like not avoidable.
