in order to lose weight there are a number of ways to do it, but it takes determination and will power to overcome all the habits that make you gain weight. First of all a lot depends on the time that you eat and how you eat. it is good to have a light meal in the morning and for lunch you can eat as much as you want because the power of the sun will help you to digest the food. for dinner have something light but cooked, liked boiled vegetables and a yogurt or fruit, very important to not eat after 6pm when the sun is setting . avoid flour in all types at all times, it retains water and bloats the body, there is also a lot of sugar in it.
