For me, they are still profitable especially if they are in the top 50. Investors are still investing on this old coins than those new ones. Coz they still believe that it will boom and sky rocket. They still trust old coins than new coins from new ICO'S  and the main factor is the scamming that happens lately like there are a lot of new ICO's and the dev team just ran away.
