In my opinion, every Bounty has its own award. Some of them are very legit without the KYC process like you. However, some of them need the KYC process because it requires your identity and some are not accepted. Chances are you are going to the wrong Bounty, and that is detrimental to you. Here, whatever conditions occur on the Bounty, if it is eligible to join, I think it is acceptable to fulfill the KYC.
