A few things need to be fixed.
The reset seed lower limit needs to be lowered to 1.

All of those values max have been increased to (i think) 100m.
I will lower the reset seed value, but know that it will not always successfully reset the seed then because the site needs a minimum of
100 10 bets to reset a seed
