i do both as ICO invester and bounty hunter, because almost project i do bounty job also good project ( if bad project you will not get reward ).
As we know, most bounty hunters will not do investors. Because investors only spend money. They will not spend any time advertising or doing anything. But there are some cases where the ICO is good. Then the bounty hunters may be involved in the investment.
