I think it's a normal price considering that it's summer now, I think in a month or two, everything will be restored, now is a good time to buy an eth 
Everybody is just fed up with all those ICOs and unreliable projects that won't even make a ready code or follow their own roadmap. So the price of Eth seems to be normal now taking into account the general lack of interest in crypto over the past few months.
