there is information about the number of investments (7378 ETH) on the site of the Arcona. I think that this amount can not be called sufficient, but there is information that the project would be implemented in any case.

This is a very good amount. This is quite enough to develop the project further. I hope that the development team will make good use of this money.

I think that such a sum was collected with reserve and for force majeure circumstances, as well as for payments to all who in any way helped the project in progress.
