Most of ICO right now are fraud but not all of them, we really have a skill atleast to detect and know the behaviour of Scam ICOs. Also the ICO rating website didn't give any guarantee that if they list the ICO, those ICO will working on. Yup more likely a gambling to know its scam or not

For me, i wouldn't risk my fund to them anymore, only take a seat on 1 or 2 ICOs is more than enough.
