How long it takes since u send the documents for the investor kit up to the time u got confirmed that all is fine?
It should not take long, as long as you have signed your investment receipt from SignRequest, which is the XYO team's third-party online document signing service. You investor package will be sent out once you have sign the receipt. So if you would like the package sooner, you should sign with SignRequest
You know NextPakk, are they doing something similar to XYO? Possible partnership?
