In my opinion, it is not a good idea to hold your coins for a long time. Since they are going to recover now, the price of the coins is very low.
If they or not going to recover for now,it will remain the same forever?
The price of cryptos were unstable anytime anything can happen so holding very long time ( more than 2 years ) can really be helpful to make some profits other than wasting our time and effort in day trading.
