Hey, I got the same issue, I opened a ticket and the support told to send the faulty board to them (It was only one chain which has the BB error), now the miner is working at 130~140H/S, pictures below.
I'm trying to get a free coupon from them to compensate for the missing days without the board but I know they will give nothing
