See, that's your problem right there. You thought the market will rise everyday; that's simply not possible as what goes up must come down (i.e., balance/equilibrium, and cryptocurrencies market is no different). As for the solution: you need to make your mindset, and draw your plans and goals, then start trading. You need to learn charts reading (i.e., Technical Analysis)—it won't make you buy/sell exactly as you would have wanted to, however, it will enhance your chances of buying the bottom and selling the peak.
