Hello. Sorry, we have tried to reach to them on multiple occasions but still no response from them.
What would you do if hitbtc did not respond. What we need is that you take the initiative in dealing with bad situations. You can not sit there and wait for hitbtc to answer
Sorry but that's basically all we can do. It's their exchange and their right to do anything they want on it.
