Maybe it's because investing in crypto is easier than investing in stocks, in crypto you just have to make account and deposit some money and you can already buy crypto while if you want to invest in stock you have to do some kyc first. I agree that it's better to spread your investment outside crypto so when there's bear market like this you still have other investment and don't lose a lot of money in one go.
