We are not even close to a new bull run, please look at bitcoin history and study well. I think the bull run will come somewhere in end of 2019 and start of 2020 but this are just my speculations and you cannot trust them with your investments.
How you come to that conclusion? Can expand on that?
I think we saw the beginning of a bullrun when suddenly the ETF related decision was postponed to September. I was not surprised and thought that would be a good sign. Not rejecting immediately means they give it some serious though this time...
