A recent survey is saying that about 8%+ ICOs are resulting into success and giving benefit for its investors .
So clearly we can see that how we are getting into scam easily by the ICOs project easily .
Here the big reason that I think is problem for the icos problem is that most of the people are starting it just to make money by the cheating people .
They create normally a ICO website and advertisment to attract people and after that when they feel to show guinune of Thier work then they try to list the coin at the worst exchange and that Results only loss of Money for the people .
And also a big problem is that in present time people are just facing big loss in trading of the cryptocurrency that why they get into blind investment and in the ICO project to make some profit but what in actual happen we know .
So it is just a type of the scma , but overall this type of scam can't be say by us scam , because this is a very cleaver way to steal money by the investors in the cryptocurrency market.
So here I will say that keep better attention before to invest in any ICO project , because chances are big to loss money instead to make .
