Sounds fair, if you agree that if it gets caught at customs (which here can add two weeks to the delivery) you count the date it reached customs, not actual delivery. You'll only know that after you receive the package, but tracking may provide information.

Also, if the delay is too big, lets set up a minimum amount I'll get, so you don't get it for free AND I end up paying on top of that Just throw a number.
