I think he/she is referring to what joniboni's suggestion on what he does in their local section with the mandate of their moderators.

I see, thats a great suggestion though. Given the authority of moderation, they should really be active as such. I noticed that since in the Meta section where Silent26 created a thread about the lock threads, I dont know if they read it or not, they should at least give their side. And also this thread, the suggestion. We will see. Well, at least it may be good for some time, but the problem is our mods doesn't even care to reply
