For sure. Don't listen or post in those silly threads that say otherwise. ETH is having challenges, yes, but ETH is DEALING with it. Just take a look at all the developments going on in their github page (https://github.com/ethereum/). You may not feel it yet because changes aren't implemented yet, but rest assured many issues and challenges are being addressed and the platform is regular being updated.
