I suggest you to just look online for crypto influencers in Japan and China, my clue: use Wechat and Webo, and try to translate the content. You will see they have a lot of social media they use only in those languages. But you will have to translate your own advertising to their language, otherwise your ads won't display for them anyway.

Another way is to use their forums. They have something like bitcointalk in China, and crazy amount of ICOs there;)
