Unfortunately, you wrote there that all questions about the first phase of the campaign should be asked to the manager, but he(she) does not respond to private messages and closed the thread he was running. Hello, I am not official but from what I have read from my time with the 2nd phase of the bounty, they are currently working on the best way to handle distribution. Funds are safe and will be paid out as soon as everything is reviewed, with the massive amount of submissions, they may take a little time but progress is being made, you can watch it happen on the google drive sheets.
I know its not an answer from a dev or Kitty but hopefully it helps you feel better. Patience will always pay off in crypto
