My concern is some times some error also happens in bank then complain to bank but for wallet where to complain and who will resolve the issue??
Errors should not be happening because it is an offline wallet that is used only for the purpose of signing the transaction. Unless you have broken the sensor (you can replace one easily) or else I don't see there would be problems with it.
