monero to slow, but its have really good anonimity. monero problem is low speed transactions, big client(if you want fullnode) and proof of work(see on btc, pow consume too much electricity).

xspec for now have low cap and unknown. but this coin have good technologies like proof of stake, ring signature and included TOR+OBFS. in addition it block time 60sec so its pretty fast for anonimous cryptocurrency. if you buyinf for future then buy xspec.
