For me waiting is fine, what I do not like is poor communications or lack of set dates or announcement of obstacles facing the team.
Surely they can sit down and go okay, we need to this, this and this before we launch cards and xxx will take xxx weeks and xxx will take xxx and so on, it is not that hard really to just let everyone know where they stand.

That is what Kris Marszalek the CEO of Monaco has done. They are not even giving real reasons for delays, something big is going on so they have started to employee a host of new people for new projects and spending on advertising it but they are not actually spending the ICO funded money on the product the ICO was intended for: VISA card
This project is already dead thanks to CEO Kris Marszalek, their failed CEO. I feel sorry for the investors.
