The whole green market is already that day, I think soon ETH will begin to cut the slashes upwards! 
i dont think we are safe now, the price is rising but not enough with the speed dumpping last week, it can not be call a fully recover but just a high increase after many days are dumped. There are rumors said whales are start pumping to have a big dump in next few days, and of course as an investor, we must always becarefull with this news.
