Just be careful who you going to hire, mostly ICO Whitepaper are plagiarized so I advise you to really hire someone who has a good reputation and knows what he/she is doing. I can't suggest you anyone though, but used your common sense and at least take time to see if the content is really unique otherwise your project will have a lot of problems down the line, just saying.
