This is very very big project as they said in their whitepaper. When I started to read the whitepaper, I saw a name :  Senior Advisor Professor Alvin Roth (Stanford)
This is a giant person, because he got Nobel Memorial Prize in Economics, Sveriges Riksbank (2012)
If this thing is true, I think this project have to be a giant project
