First important tip that I have learned is that you should learn how to cook your own food and make it a habit to pack your own food instead of buying, not only that it helps you save money but if we are the one who prepare and cook our own food we are sure about the quality and ingredients being used versus to the food that we buy. We do not know how it was prepared or what ingredients was used. Next is to incorporate vegetables and fruits into your daily meals, much as it may sound but it is good to have a complete meal, a meal consist of the go grow and glow food groups. Lastly is to have a regular physical exercise. We acquire toxins in our everyday life so it is important to have a physical activity to sweat and have a way to have those toxins exit our body.
