the team writes but from july 1 to july 31 no tokens were sold privately. only a few people were interested in the project. because these total USD $15,419,785 were already known at the end of june . and therefore it is better to postpone the listing when the market is green . but nobody knows when the market will be stable again
A large part of the 15 million tokens are held by a few (big) players. The public sale did not raise that much in the end. Private sale didnt raise anything (i heard).
This is speculation though. Also, there was interest in the private sale it is just that the tickets didn't get closed.
