Totally agree with you, Whitepaper make PRiVCY more great. now PRiVCY will be able to attract more attention from people.
I want to wait until PRIV hit 5$, and we see it end of this year Smiley
I guess it all depends on privacy driven development. If team can provide this coin with safe mixing system as been uploaded on tweeter, this coin can race some of other coins which lack security and anonymity.
