Now, for a limited time, it would have been better to turn off a new account open and ban spammers. then again start open a new account system entirely.
I am not entirely understanding your English, but are you suggesting that the site should temporarily stop allowing new users to sign up in order to combat spam? Isn't that kind of like not allowing anyone to enter into a country (documented or not) because some of them might be terrorists?
