- So both addresses are their address. They put payment address and use Manual Payment to get all mined stuff

Are you insane? Do you think I would put into transaction history a payment that I did for myself? I have full access to pool wallet - why would I do that? Here is your transaction:

Usually TXFee sends to pool owners, and for me it was weird that address for the Fee was the same as payment address. That's why I decided that pool owners took it. I'll change pass and pin.
