Yes, you can trade there without KYC, but it's not hard to find other exchanges that do not require KYC. What I really like about this one is the fact that the BTC withdrawal fees are the lowest I could find, only 10k satoshis. Usually, the exchanges have 0,001 which seems too high for my taste.
