How much longer are the 1/7 orders delayed?

are you fucking kidding me? this means orders on 1.10.14 wont ship till like a week or 2 from now?
I believe a partial refund is in order ... this is utter bullshit. Next time dont say you have 500 in stock, unless they really in stock and ready to be shipped. Not, have to be assembled n crap... ugh
