I don't think so there are lots filipino bitcointall users here. It is impossible to gather a large number of people in one place. Maybe small groups is possible.
Mahirap kasi ang Pinoy pag-isahin mas maige na yung mga malilit na mga groups lalo na sa Facebook. Kadalasan kasi pag malaki ang isang grupo mas madaling magkaroon ng mga hidwaan at di pagkakaunawaan...though of course there can be exemptions to this rule. Sa ngayon walang malaking forum na gawang Pinoy ng nangingibabaw though am looking for that too as it can help us Filipinos to have one voice in the trending cryptocurrency movement.
