It's not a BTC fork.
They didn't an ICO but a donation (pretty similar, it's just about terms & law). If I remember, about 600BTC were collected.

I was pretty sure it was. What is it then?

I'm not sure at all, but I think they took NXT as working base.
Maybe someone can confirm ?
