COYE will never get to cryptsy, don't waste your time with daydreaming. CRYPTSY is US based company, why on earth would they gamble copyright law issues??
I think they are doing just fine without the hassle COYE would bring to them.
I doubt that there is a way for K.W. lawyers to do something against exchange. Also, I am sure Cryptsy will get free PR after they will start trading it, because COYE has a lot of coverage in media
