Face it, terrible site, terrible communication...
To be fair, I imagine that the developer is sleeping now. Give him a chance to wake up and resolve any issues.
They usually sleep 24h?... they are worst than sleeping beauty...
I think it would be good some words from developers in order to explain what is happen... or at least I think that way...
