From my own experience, it took me a month or two until they I get my rewards, it's really a long wait sometimes the worst thing is you will wait until 3 to 5 months or they won't pay you back. So it's really bad.
Too noticed that recently it is necessary to expect the award long enough. I on average wait for from 1 to 3 months, and then still entry into the exchange, but it is already uncertain term.
