I see that there was some Github activity when I wrote this! There hasn't been any activity since though, so I wonder why the price is up today.

Oops here is the correct link https://slack.rubycoin.org/. There is no set time/date when it will open, but it will be soon, any day now. The dev and at least one other user are testing it out now
