In the last 16 hours there has been only 1 (very trivial 3.136-3.175) upwards diff change, despite block time being half target time and diff re-target =2 hours.

I've just had a note from USDe saying that the 2 hour retarget was a typo and that it should have said 6 hours.
The front page of the thread has changed to reflect this.
...still doesn't seem hunky-dory. Last change was nearly 8 hours ago during a period of 30 second blocks.
