in my opinion COSS rushed things at the start and they came out with an absolutely not ready exchange. Result is, people abandoned COSS pretty quickly (including myself) and I don't see people coming back unless there are awesome coins/tokens exclusively trading there
I agree with you they need good volume on their exchange and COSS tokens which won't come unless they add some exclusive tokens.
