Yes, it's my opinion as well, i hardly find there's any website in travel industry who are using blockchain technology. blockchain is a decentralized, distributed and public digital ledger that is used to record transactions across many computers so that the record cannot be altered retroactively without the alteration of all subsequent blocks and the consensus of the network.

Yes they will gain in white paper they have mentioned there revenue model clearly and if someone is there to provide service they will charge some sort of charges to meet there expenses and to earn some profit but there revenue model is good as compared to OTAs where they charge different percentages according to hotels.
